Carbon coated aluminum foil is a kind of material for pretreatment of graphite or Graphene coating on the surface of battery aluminum foil. The processed material is a material that can extend the lifespan of the battery pack.
Carbon coated aluminum foil (conductive coating) has two types: water-based (water-based system) and oily (organic solvent system).
Carbon coated aluminum foil, also known as carbon coated aluminum foil, is a groundbreaking technological innovation that uses functional coatings to treat the surface of battery conductive substrates. Carbon coated aluminum foil/copper foil is the process of evenly and finely coating dispersed nano conductive graphite and carbon coated particles on the aluminum foil/copper foil. It can provide excellent static conductivity, collect micro currents of active substances, significantly reduce the contact resistance between positive/negative electrode materials and current collectors, and improve the adhesion ability between the two. It can reduce the use of adhesives, thereby significantly improving the overall performance of the battery.

·Improve adhesion between Lithium titanate or other high-capacity anode materials and collector;

After using carbon coated aluminum foil, the adhesion force of the electrode was increased from 10gf to 60gf (using 3M tape or a hundred grid knife method), and the adhesion force was significantly improved.
Reduce polarization, increase magnification and capacity, and improve battery performance. For example:
·Partially reduce the proportion of adhesive in the active material and increase the gram capacity;
·Improve the electrical contact between the active substance and the collecting fluid;
